Unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase along with receipt for store credit only. All parts and packaging from original sale must be included with return.

Factory sealed sets can be returned for refund if all parts are in their original, unopened internal packaging. If the product is opened (even if it's only one of several in product packages), refund will be issued as store credit in amount of the current preowned value as determined by management.

Bulk, clearance items, prebuilt sets and minifigs are final sale only and not eligible for any return or refund.

Coupon or discount codes are forfeited at time of purchase and will not be returned or reactivated in the event of a refund or store credit exchange.
