LEGO®, Parties, Build Nights and Events

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Your Brick Heads Florida event includes:

• A private LEGO build space

• Guided LEGO build led by a host

• Access to LEGO bricks for building during the event

• LEGO themed gift for all guests and a special gift for Birthday Boy/Girl

• A fun, structured experience for all participants​

EVENT LENGTH & ARRIVAL

• Event length: 90 minutes or 2 hours (as booked)

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early

• Events begin on time

• We are unable to extend events beyond the scheduled time

Request for Secondary Theme​​​​

• Must book a premium party

• In addition to the standard LEGO theme, we may be able to add a secondary theme of your choosing such as Marvel, Car, Friends, etc.

• We will work with you to add additional elements to make the event special

• Please book at least 2 weeks ahead of time to allow time to personalize event

AGE & SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS

• Recommended ages: 4 years and up

• A minimum supervision ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is required

• Adults may be parents, guardians, or designated chaperones

• Brick Heads staff will lead activities, but adults remain responsible for supervision

• Younger children may require additional assistance from adults​

FOOD & DRINKS

• Parents may bring cake or snack and drinks.​

• Brick Heads provides themed plates, napkins and cups

• Brick Heads does not provide food or beverages

• Food must stay in designated area

LEGO USE & CARE

• LEGO bricks are provided for in-event use only

• LEGO pieces may not be taken home unless included as a take-home item

• We ask all builders to treat LEGO respectfully

• Brick Heads is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items

BEHAVIOR & SAFETY

To keep everyone safe:

• LEGO bricks must stay on tables

• No throwing LEGO

• Respect other builders and their creations

• Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from activities

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

• Brick Heads may take photos or short videos during events

• Photos may be used for social media or marketing

• Please notify staff before the event if you do not wish your child to be photographed

Cancellation Policy

• $50 non refundable deposit required to secure booking

• Balance due before start of event

• Rescheduling subject to availability
